Application of the machine:
The machine is intended for cutting straight-tooth splines with all kind of tooth shape by using hobbing method. It is also used for cutting staight-tooth collecting shaft gears and straight- tooth gears, as well as cutting taper splines and stepped gears.
All mechianical system and parts are with high rigidity compact constructions. As NC system adopts FANUC series oi, it has high reliability, good protection and CRT Chinese display. The cutter driving system adopts AC frequency-change motor with large power, it can move smoothly.
The electric cabinet separated NC from powerful electricity is mounted on the machine, it takes less area. The hob speedis adjustable from 60 tp 600 r/mim steplessly, but it can reach 200 tp 600 r/min if power is constant. In addition, dry cutting can be carried out in the condition of wind cooling.
This is a high efficient machine for cutting splines and gears in batches or mass production. It is suitable for automobiles, tractors and machine building industries etc.
